- Light, ventilation and noise at different times of day
- Water pressure, drainage and any signs of damp
- The condition of the pool and garden, and who looks after them
- Air conditioning, electrics and internet
- Parking, access and the lane or road outside
- The kitchen, storage and the bedrooms you will actually use
Take your own notes and photos, and ask about anything that is not on the listing, such as furnishings or services. Quote the Property ID when you contact us so we can arrange the viewing quickly.
